■不良品・破損品・商品相違の交換について
不良品・破損品については責任を持ってお取り換え致します。
商品に異常があった場合には、不良状況・破損状況を詳しくお書きの上、商品到着後 7日以内にメールにて、 お早めにご連絡ください。早急に良品と交換させて頂くよう手配を致します。
商品相違については、ご注文いただいた商品名及び注文番号をお書きの上、商品到着後 7日以内にメールにて、お早めにご連絡ください。
不良品・破損品・商品相違などの場合は当社が負担します。
尚、運搬中の破損事故の場合は、運送会社が引き上げに伺いますので、そのままの状態で早急にご連絡くださいませ。
■お客様のご都合による返品・交換について
商品到着後 7日以内にメールにて、商品の返品・交換についてお早めにご連絡ください。
商品返品時の送料・返金時の振り込み手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
また、発送時の送料・手数料等は返金致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
交換をご希望の場合は、再度発送料もご負担願います。

Returned goods conditions.
• Replacement/return of defective, damaged and wrongly delivered goods.
We take responsibility for replacing all goods received in a defective or damaged state.
In the unusual case of goods being received in a defective or damaged state, please email us with a detailed description of the defect or damage as soon as possible within 7 days of the delivery of such goods at the destination address. We will immediately arrange for delivery of a new, non-defective replacement.
In the case of wrongly delivered goods, please email us the correct product description and order number as soon as possible within 7 days of the delivery of such goods at the destination address.
Alternatively, we can also provide refunds for goods received in a defective or damaged state or for wrongly delivered goods.
In the case of goods damaged in transit, the delivery agency will collect them. Please contact them immediately.
• Replacement/return of unwanted goods.
In the case of replacement or return of unwanted goods, please contact us by email with details of your request as possible within 7 days of the delivery of such goods at the destination address.
Shipping/handling costs and bank transfer fees in the case of refunds for returned unwanted good are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding.
